Once you have all the data, and you are trying to decide which failures to fix first, the What If tool can help. Using the current failure data it allows you to see what improvements in the OEE / OPE would result from reducing the losses.

It does this by presenting both the existing loss tree and the reduced losses side by side. This tool is provided as a Java Web a, facilitating access to the data remotely from the site if required.
