TreeFrog Linefocus™
This is our newest product and has been developed to provide a stand
alone performance measurement and analysis tool, with the ability to
drill down to the root causes of losses. Treefrog Line Focus is a cost
effective way to start performance management in your factory.
The TreeFrog Line Focus System has been developed to provide an integrated performance measurement and analysis tool, with the ability to drill down to the root causes of losses.
The system brings together all the data and analysis necessary for effective performance management.
The System provides clear and concise information about where any manufacturing losses are occurring and assists in their prioritisation. It provides drill-down functionality to enable users to analyse the losses and further assists them in monitoring their improvement programs to ensure that a sustainable solution has been found. It also provides a longer-term view to check for the occurrence of trends.
The System has beenn designed to be flexible to enable manufacturing companies / businesses to adapt the TreeFrog Line Focus System as they develop and improve their manufacturing operations. Each installation is unique with the System configured to meet the needs of the manufacturing process.
The data is presentednusing the TPM approach with analysis categorised in each by Availability, Performance and Quality losses. This information is then available directly from the system, formatted as graphs, tables or a combination of both.

TreeFrog Line Focus provides a simple, easy to use, windows based interface designed for users with a minimumlevel of IT skills. The data input screens are configured to mirror the Logsheets defined for your line. This provides a user friendly interface and allows data entry to be performed by personnel with limited training.
•One Point Data Entry
Data is only input once into the TreeFrog Line Focus System. Once the data is entered into the system it will flow automatically into the reports and graphs without further manipulation.
•Powerful Data Access with the TreeFrog Loss and Waste Query Engine
The TreeFrog Line Focus Query Engine Module provides the user with a powerful tool to access the TreeFrog Line Focus database and produce user defined reports which can be downloaded into MS Excel for further analysis. The User can drill down through thedata within the system to the lowest level of data input.

All graphs, charts and tables can be exported to MS Excel or similar formats for further analysis or for inclusion in management information reports.
