In some circumstances it is not practical to use paper logsheets to capture line failure data.
For example the line may be failing too frequently and the stops very short.
Treefrog Line Control provides a virtual Line to enable the operator
to directly follow the production process steps with the computer.
Furthermore, the PC's recording the data can be grouped so that a number
can be allocated to each line along its length, facilitating easier access
for recording. All PC's on a line will reflect the current status and
have protection for multiple operator recording.

• History graph allows easy eding of faults with unallocated failure
reasons.
This product can also provide direct SCADA data capture. That is, a table
can be populated directly by the SCADA using SQL, and this data is monitored
every 30 seconds for changes. In this configuration, it is only necessary
for the operator to provide the failure reasons. All times, products,
batches etc come from the SCADA.
